Mark has said that they would be released ‘immediately’ upon completion.
He also said "timing of the 10-Ks press release will be determined by the completion date"

Everything points to the fact hat they have not been completed.
The SEC doesn't have them since you can't see them on Edgar where they will appear as soon as they get filed. (If they get filed after 5:30 pm they will appear next day)

The SEC deadline to receive the same-day filing date stamp is 5:30 PM New York time.
