P*RA is making it clear though that the reorganization is not for dilutive purposes... Dilution is the top, if not only, reason why OTC stocks drop after an RS.
P*RA also stated that any post-split conversion is for dividends, therefore they will be restricted shares. It won't increase the float.
I totally understand why some traders would feel nervous about it. But based off the facts from the PR, NOUV's PPS will not suffer from the reorganization.
REMEMBER: NOUV will turn into an operating cannabis cultivation business after all of this. It's a booming sector which could increase more from the recent MJ sales legalizations.
