IMO..

Airborne Wireless went dark because they can’t move forward without Mynaric ground stations for next demonstration. Mynaric announced plan serial production and availability of such by EOY and Q1 2019.. they also are incorporating new technology into this per their agreement with Leti.

Meanwhile I expect the new patent has much work incorporating Mynaric technology, GE and particular methodology which would distinguish from other vague patent ideas. So my hunch is this is still being prosecuted.

I suppose any PR with shareholders would only feed the shorts; hence darkness.

Yet the math suggests the most toxic debt is nearing cleared leaving the VWAP deal with YA and the warrant holders. YA debt could be bought back. I could imagine a scenario where YA debt is extinguished for cash and equity. Imagine the bank on that announcement that all debt is eliminated!! Shares would soar.

So, there is much left to say. Every past shareholder should be pissed. I am. I am down a bunch. Yet I am seasoned enough to recognize opportunity in the OTC. I think massive gains from the bottom will happen here.

10-k due end of November... at minimum we will know more then and maybe much much sooner. I am choosing to accumulate carefully... right or wrong it is MY strategy here. I suspect, actually the volume tells me I am not alone.. Good Luck to all regardless of your persuasion.
