CRR can explode over 20$ very soon. Reason: Oil price goes up, 14$ book value, Second half of 2018 CEO promised positive cash flow and increasing growth +++ CRR has much more value, because a lot of facilities are mothballed and written off, but a oil price over 80$ would be the restart of all mothballed facilities.

In 2014 share price was over 150$. The oil price is going back over 100$ in 2019.
