Just compare PREV with Tilray:
Tilray had $9,7Mio revenues in the last quarter:

So lets say $40Mio annually. Same as PREv now!
MC Tilray is $14 billion
MC PREV is 50 million

Only difference:
In the SP of Tilray the market priced in future revenue growth rates which should be much higher than PREV (Penta5).

But does this circumstance justify a MC which is 280 (!!!!) times higher than PREV?
