Company is Operating, May go public. In Nigeria, the Alexa traffic ranking is in the 7000 range. Even Lagos IRS is in the 2500 range, in Nigeria. More importantly, the low bounce rate means that traffic probably does something while it is there. Then most recently, Company created the SEC settlement immediately, like it said it would. It did so in the timeframe it said it would. Company is open, keeps faith with major announcements, like going into Africa, revoking shares. It is more likely about to become public again, than not. While seeking private capital as a private company, it could attract Company buyers of the stock, at the very least. It is worth having.
