These are my issues.
Geert. I’ve said it before; the p3 might be a “Gerry success”; just like his version of arbitration success.

The current share structure: all funds are sub 5%; even sabby who had massive stake in past.
(It’s “possible” this is positive as well though, but I personally don’t like it) (maybe a subset of individuals is using multiple funds to hide position????)

Every time I’ve tried to convince myself to leave some of my profits in for the long term; I haven’t on the basis I don’t like losing money/ risking money that doesn’t pass all my parameters. It would be interesting to know the exact number but my estimation is that I’d have a gains of single digit % rather than 1000s%.

I don’t like the names of funds holding positions here. I don’t like that cvm distributes shares for “consulting”

I don’t like their cash position. What will they do if p3 fails? They must raise money before; and nobody is going to forge ahead on hope...

The $75m Mc has also opened up a potentially massive can of worms....
