As if the promise of greatly impacting bladder cancer is not enough: The bonus for this IMEXF technology is that it may be proven to be effective in identifying multiple kinds of flat cancers including possibly flat colon and cervical cancers. This expands the potential market way beyond just urologists. Flat cancers are the hardest for doctors to identify. Pretty hard to believe that doctors would not want the perfect tool specially designed to illuminate that which is often hidden from them. If I was stumbling in the dark I would want a better flashlight too, especially if I was trying to save someone's life.
