The one deal is a patent licensing agreement- so its purpose is for intellectual property rights for using technology to for product, whereas this helps streamline manufacturing for quality control, manufacturing speed, and to control expense.

I just read a very interesting article about Intricon- which was mentioned as closest competitor to INND. Must read!!!!
