Not entirely, there are no recurring revenues from those settlements with other companies and you already no that. The results of the settlements was around $12 million upfront. What will the payoff be against Apple? They have sold a whole lot of the iPhone 6 which is what the patent in question covers. Other companies settled because they knew they were going to be beat for more than if they just settled. Apple is being ignorant AIMHO...
