Received a call from KCC a few days ago... Am told they are following through on unclaimed monies and any investors who haven’t deposited their checks and can’t be located will eventually lose their settlement.Those funds will then go into the pot and be re-calculated and redistributed to the rest of us.

Congrats on everyone who persevered in this long awaited settlement.

P.S they noted I hadn’t cashed my check so they were following through...i hadn’t received it... but all is well now
