Sorry but if Ibeto is a billionaire why would he use a pink sheet shell and not go through a more traditional method of becoming public. Why wouldn’t he buy a legit US company with operations? Why would he bother in the pinks?

The extra cost shouldn’t matter if he’s a billionaire.

That 8-k has some serious accounting questions and I wouldn’t count on him being a billionaire. The assets he’s claiming are unlikely to be worth 10 billion. He paid 14 million for the assets he’s claiming. I can’t imagine that is right. The cpa firm that reviewed the financials seems shady and probably didn’t push that valuation too hard.
