I think Univec will be handling most of the distribution of
product/parches ect produced by Agrimed/Satevio ect since
Dr. Dalton has a history in the pharmaceutical industry.

UNVC is an empty shell, not a distribution company.
All UNVC has is debt and Dr. Dalton.
AgriMed already has Dalton, do they need UNVC also?
Maybe if they plan to go public. If that is the case, what they need Merck for? Or what does Merck need another public company for?
Couldn't Merck go direct to AgriMed who already had Dalton?

UNVC would have to establish everything to do distribution for AgriMed, why doesn't AgiMed just do it?

So sounds like the big assumption here is Dalton/UNVC are one. I am not sure that needs to be the case
