Nope - 1 trade of a few dollars per month is not active. And with the SEC conducting securities fraud investigation of VICT, PDXP, and CHIT, even those wanting to sell can't find anyone willing to buy at these high prices. All three tickers are basically worthless.

They will never file financials because it might show siphoning-off of any remaining assets.
