CEO Govil was obviously caught unprepared when the SmartDesk ploy failed so dramatically. His desperation showed as he trotted out the abysmally juvenile video game Quazar. Now, it appears he can think of nothing else to do except throw out some numbers for the EMS division. If previously bloviating about a $50M backlog couldn't stop the share price death spiral, I don't know how he can possibly believe announcing $13M in new orders will slow the descent. This is the most entertaining period in the life of a penny stock scam. As the Cemtrex fraud crumbles around him, it will be obvious to all that Saagar is just another run of the mill con man.
