I personally think they beat that number handily. When we all were doing math a little while back regarding their plans for the health and fitness industry we were using numbers they posted at the time stating 10,000 health clubs with a 25% penetration at an average per client of $149 a month.

Textmunication just developed 4 new software integrations, or APIs, with access to 10K health clubs. All starting in August!

With their API's they'd built for Jonas Software's two companies that gave us access to roughly 25,000 health clubs. Doing the new math here, assuming similar projections and monthly averages, our revenues would project to over $11,000,000 annually.

Keeping in mind they rolled out those API's in late September, obviously won't be getting a full years worth of revenue and will have to give some time for acceptance of their offering, but let's say that by December they've reached only their initial goal of 25% of 10,000 @ $149 ea., and we start counting from Oct-EOY, then for that alone we are looking at $1.1 million.

Add that to our YTD revenues (per Q2 fins) and we are at $1.6 million. So, I see us doing at least $1.6 million, but could finish closer to $2 million.

Personally I'm expecting any records for Q3 earnings, but Q4 is where you'll see the bulk of the increase. Q2 and Q3 were quite transitional in nature with those being more preparation quarters than growth quarters. The foundation is laid now though and for the foreseeable future it is all about growth. And grow they will!
