I placed an order from them and big brother at around the same time last Friday night. I was told by customer service my order would ship yesterday. I have yet to get a notice or tracking number from the company saying it has been shipped. Today at 10:30 AM, I received my order already from big brother.

What a crappy company this turned out to be!
