CEO Rudman states the filings will be out by Oct. 13th of sooner.

Victoria Rudman was one of 3 (three) CEO's that left big companies to enter MJ/MJ Pharma arena? She was interviewed with them for Forbes.

Victoria was named 1 of 8 women profiled in the Women in Weed a couple years ago.

CEO Victoria Rudman is currently the CFO for Kalytera Therapeutics, Inc. which the stock at at about .13

Cancelled over 73 Million shares.

Got the filings up to date.

The OTC listing is now PINK CURRENT.

The stop sign has been removed.

The OS is only 1,259,831,337 which is super low for a Pinkie stock.

No dilution of shares for over 8 months now.

And most likely IMO they are merging with one of the MJ companies that she is on the board with now and we should here about it any time now.
