Again, the report stated the deal was in the best interest of creditors and all “stakeholders”..which clearly identifies common shareholders as stakeholders...the evidence is “ striking “ and just overwhelming..
However I’m more concerned if we will get the $$ Through the share buyout or will we have to sell our shares or hold....Any useful information pertaining to this matter would be greatly appreciated..
