As PwC clearly said, all the other Canadian secured creditors get nothing. That includes Mitsui, who was in 3rd position. But they are in 1st position for the US assets, which is why they want as much of the $4,340,000 paid for ALL the assets to be allocated to the US assets. They feel $150,000 out of the $4,340,000 is not enough.
