Just to clarify that article and comment.

Currently we have been approached by several companies who want to use our fflya technology to enable their platforms and one of them is Airfi. (A direct competitor to Lufthansa Systems and the largest supplier of inflight portable video streaming platforms)

While we have a general understanding, we have not entered into any agreements with any of them including Lufthansa Systems. The reason being we are not interested in press releases, just airlines and we also have our own airline discussions taking place.

While we have received some initial proposals, we have not made any decision as to whether we will align ourselves with just one or many. We have no plans to entertain an exclusive arrangement, but may consider prioritising the order in which we proceed.

It will all depend on what we think is in the best interest of the product and company, as the right launch program to showcase our new technology is priority number one. Just because they may have a customer, does not mean it fits our launch profile.

As I stated in my last interview, our plan is to equip our first aircraft before the end of the year. We do have a few options on the table which we are working through and the preproduction system is complete, so timing is still OK.

Hope that helps clarify

P.S. ships are a consideration and our development house ASiQ is in discussion on a possible launch plan, but that is not a priority for IPTK
