I just read again the article you posted a few hours ago...and as is the usual case - I got more out of the read the second time around...
IMO it doesn't get much clearer - there has been and still is - a serious problem that has been spotlighted - and an immediate solution has been identified, only waiting on official implementation (U.S. POTUS signing order).
(Does it get any better than this for NioCorp!?).

I reposted your article again, as this must directly impact NioCorp and the "Nebraska Elk Creek Critical Minerals Mine Project". IMHO
