There is no business. The CEO does what he can. Makes excuses, stories and delays to keep the house of cards from collapsing.
But since there's no customers, no harvests, no income, no bank relations, he has to dilute too.
For a CEO of a no-company he has done amazing job. He makes a good living as a story teller selling shares.
Even today there's people who still believe, he must be good at his job!
