The financials have been completely audited and have now been submitted to the SEC. The SEC now goes through a review process of what was submitted. because we are looking at 4 and a half years of financials being submitted at once, the SEC is probably giving them a thorough review. Once the SEC is done reviewing them and has accepted them as they are( I'm thinking because Mark had such an outstanding firm with ex SEC attorneys auditing the financials that they will pass first shot), then the SEC will give the okay and the 10k will be filed for the world to see. So at this point we are waiting for the SEC to finish reviewing them. HANG TIGHT FOLKS, GOOD THINGS ARE COMING!!
