So Apple is suing Andrea....

Andrea is suing Apple in Civil court

What is wrong with this picture?? Obviously Apple could have bought ANDR for less money than they will spend in legal fees... they really want to punish them and squash them like ants.

If their going to civil court in front of a jury, they better be looking to settle for billions... not the chump change that Doug would settle for.

Their best move would be to partner up with Samsung on the patents, and put the screws to apple
