Got another reply today
Was curious why we don’t get updates on the so many big catalyst we have on the way.
Seems they are working hard to stay on task
“We promised an update and set a goal of two weeks from the earnings release, so we are tentatively sticking to that time frame. We were just talking about the update this morning, so I will start writing the draft in a day or so, though a date is not yet set for that release.

This week is very busy on our end, with work on all of the topics we discussed in the last quarterly press release. If we get one of these major action items done, we will put out a press release pretty quickly. Otherwise, we will just do an item-by-item status report. Trust me, when we get something completed, you will hear about it in short order. I hesitate to comment on trading action, but I will point out that the last quarter ended July 31st -- the same day as the spin-off. So, it was purely a backward-looking quarter.

We consider July 31st, 2018 as the real start date of the company.. Everything that happened before that date was under the cloud of litigation and uncertainty from the legacy RBIZ business, so I would suggest that nervous shareholders look farther into the future and less into the past. Are there challenge remaining? Of course. But the company now is able to operate with a degree of freedom that it did not previously have.
