It’s not “positive press”. Read the disclaimer at the bottom. That linked piece is paid-for pumping. Big difference.

It also discloses nothing new, and states clearly and directly that the bullish opinion it touts is based on the still triple-stacked hypotheticals of plant reassembly, actual contracted test coal, and successful testing.

But if it drives the unaware and hopeful to buy in volume, then I’m good with it.
