I will stand corrected. Apparently when I called out the scam they were revoked by Florida for failure to file their annual report.


The corporation is responsible for filing its current annual report if not previously filed. Failure to file the
annual report will result in the administrative dissolution of the corporation.


But 5 min and $35 can fix that.
