The SEC had a ruling against CYIO but recently vacated the decision effective August 22nd.
A new judge was assigned to the case and has to rule by October 3rd.

The judge has previously ruled AGAINST the SEC in cases. I believe it will simply be dismissed and here’s why.
The legal term for vacated is as follows, “To vacate a court order or judgment means to cancel it or render it null and void.”
If dismissal happens CYIO could then possibly collect the $5M in damages it is seeking. That leaves a book value of .14. With a multiplier and low float the sky is the limit. This used to trade in dollars. CYIO used to be a government contractor with that DOD greater than $10M in revs and they are still active! If you add in revenues book value heads up near .50 with no multiplier. This used to trade around $2 no problem.
So to review, low float, case vacated, new judge, $$$
