Yep, it is majority owned by Itronics.
Itronics wholly owned Whitney and Whitney which is in the minerals division. As best as I can determine, Whitney and Whitney owns 83% of Auric. And is administered by the minerals division.

You have a deep interest in Auric, which will probably be a money maker somewhere down the line, and seems to have caught your interest some years ago.

But to me the biggest story is the ability of KAM-Thio to clean up all the cyanide contaminated slag heaps throughout the country and internationally. That frees up millions of dollars of reclamation bonds posted by the mining companies.
Plus it recovers most of the remaining salable metals.
And what is left is environmentally better processed rock with uses yet to be determined.

There is the possibility that KAM-Thio can work as well as or even better than cyanide on silver-gold raw ore eliminating the use of cyanide altogether.
And it might even eliminate the need to use of sulfuric acid in copper-gold-silver type of ores.

So, to my eyes Auric Gold is a side project best to keep on the shelf for a while while focusing on the KAM-Thio potentials.
