Nobody merges with a shell that has $12+ million in liabilities and debt and is paying interest on that at a rate of half-a-million every Q and it COMPOUNDS - and much of that debt is TOXXIC floorless CONvertible debt - and the shell has $2000 in total assets and sales are non-existent.

Sorry man, nott even on Pluto would anyone touch this pennyscam turdstock as an RM shell. Nott a chance. It's far more likely that Abe Lincoln, Moses, Helen Keller, FDR, and Julius Caesar all 'wake up' and become a starting line for the Montreal Canadiens in the next NHL game the Canadiens play this year - and they WIN with Abe scoring a hat trick because of his awesome skating, stickhandling, and killer slapshot.
