They are... if Sears can push back bankruptcy a couple years that will be positive. JCPenney I don’t even know how it hasn’t gone down years ago. I believe $CBL is grossly undervalued but I can’t ignore the retail pain and the possible looming stock markets reversal. For now I am holding, and don’t mind if they kill te dividend altogether if that means they clean up their balance sheet.
