Right on but as mentioned many times by myself and others the company is hit or miss for making deadlines on time but have always delivered one way or another whether delayed or on time. I would give them at least 2-4 weeks

Ignore The Noise! Do Your Own DD Usually Intro Sections Are Full Of DD Stickies as many post as possible. Outside websites such as OTCShortReport, OTCMarkets for DD.
