Is that old update from the CSE? Anyone in the US can google "vinergy" and "CSE" and see those updates anytime.
Not saying these 'Gomers' have been very transparent, or have not dragged their feet (seemingly) but, volume has been steadily picking up for weeks and stock price ask has gone from about .08 to .15 in that time.
