Who could have guessed?

I mean, offering 100M shares @ .04 shouldn't cause IBX to tumble. Why, it should go up because they'll have more money in the coffers. I don't get this.

.047 IBX PPS * $64M IBX shares / 533M MHTX outstanding = .57 Centavos per share valuation. That's over a 300% premium as it stands right now.
