Audit has been completed and statements have been filed with the SEC. Now just waiting for SEC to declare it as effective:

When SEC gives the ok, everything else falls into place. No worries fellow longs - this is no longer in RRBB or Arrayit's hands. Let the SEC do their job. Later on the FDA will get to do theirs and we will fly
