As usual, weak hand manipulation. On positive news out for VK5211 no less. Viking is a stunning buy-out candidate, as those in the know, know. Meanwhile they haven't announced the completion of the public offering yet at a price of $18.50, which by many standards was way to low.

It is being setup for some in the institutional realm to gobble up some shares at the best price possible........Plus others are taking profits.

Looking for a huge bounce back.
