Because the SEC is onto Arcaros/Baumans HIJINKS now QEBR has a very short life span. Crypto mining is on its way out of fashion and the SEC now finds that any companies changing business direction midstream to crypto are highly suspect. Same type of action happening over at Arcaro/Baumans other ticker LRDR.
