We don't even need good news for the stock to go up, just lack of dilution (which we haven't seen for years now) but will likely start seeing before December, assuming it hasn't already started. If you read what I post, you've heard me repeatedly say what you just stated.

We might get a double whammy soon, with the TRW dividend and a stop of selling shares on the market.

According to the company last CC it seemed like they expected some dilution to continue into Q4 but to a lesser degree. Of course if they get any financing (which they said is in the pipeline for Q4) then I would assume they could immediately turn it off for good.

I got a ton of backlash for saying that we could move up very quickly when we actually start moving up. This stock has had enormous and continuous dilution for a number of reasons (unplanned events, poor financial management). At the same time there has been basically zero positive news (most would argue quite negative news actually) during that time creating a negative "double whammy" downwards. I expect sometime between now and December to see the stock well over $1 since the incessant supply we've seen pick up these past few years will finally cease simultaneously with the influx of positive news creating a new inflow of buyers with a sudden lack of supply. That kind of aggressive shock and turn in supply/demand flows within a $13 Million market cap OTC stock are exactly what leads to enormous upward moves. I've said it before and I'll say it again, a move in a stock from $13M market cap to $130M market cap is a non-event in the stock market. Most shareholders here or those who have sold out think such an event is like climbing Everest; it's not.

Have you tried buying a decent amount of shares on Merkur lately? Is the volume coming from actual selling, pre-arranged selling, or just arbitrage? Meaning, if you wanted to pick up 100K shares on some of the big volume days last week would you have been able to get filled on the bid? Or just skipped over?
