About the share reduction...

I got an email back this morning saying everything was submitted to the transfer agent last week.

My questions:

You issued a press release 8/7 first talking about this.
Was 9/30 (a Sunday?) a hard deadline or a would-be-nice deadline?
If it was a hard deadline, why wait just a few days before you promised something to submit it to the TA?

Very strange.

I'm not as frustrated as some people on here who probably bought in the .04-.06 range and are way down as I just got in last week. However, I did commit quite a large sum based on the assumption of the share reduction.
