It's probably shorts or people who have zero patience/love to complain. I've ordered in the last 2 weeks and got my product on time. I am aware of two shipping delays they've had over the last 3 months or so...both due to machine breakdowns (totally understandable and anyone with half a brain knows businesses are susceptible to this). I received my product about 5 days later than usual, they sent me an email keeping me updated and also provided a $25 coupon code to use on my next order.

I've ordered from a ton of their major competitors and had a worse experience with several of them.

They are doing fine on shipping. I would know, I order every couple weeks.
