This is a prefect RM play IMO. Any shares that might be issued to consummate a merger will be restricted and won't effect that tiny float. With this marketcap and float the upside is huge. Not to mention they look to be entering a hot cannabis sector which is now legal in Canada.

$HRAL is RM play with very small 1 mil OS and 658K float. I'm holding shares in it.
