Still dont buy it, but to each his own. I am no blind follower here. if the price coming out of the US court was say 30-40 mil, id agree with you, and that price would still be bad news for shareholders.

4.3 mil? every time someone says that is the total price for everything, I am picturing Dr. Evil with his pinky at the corner of his mouth saying "4.3 MIIIIILLLION dollars" after which all the people in the room burst out laughing.
