Before the crap about lawsuit starts again;
Legal Docs show OC365 is the minor defendant showing minimal liabilities. Employees signed a contract saying they are paid from GOOGLE Express as a partner w OC365. BTW that means OC365 partnered w Google Express! Total liabilities if any may total $100,000 or less. This came against OC365 NOT SPRV or Webtodoor. Settlement papers are written as stated in Pacer. This one driver who felt entitled for money complained and got his day in court. I say pay the little man and be done! We are making tens of millions of $$$ and growing fast as an Amazon delivery partner in SLC the Bay Sacramento and how huge is the Seattle partnership!!! What about the shipbob talks?? And I want to know more about our recent find of Google Express partner!!!
