I doubt theres any cash.OCSY has little of that. I agree.OCSY probably off loaded at least 200 to 300 million preferred shares for this deal.

If the Acquisition ends up being worth it.The price of the stock should go back to neutral. 5 to 10 cents. Hopefully in the short term.

Hoping for good contract news tomorrow
