Thank you for tonight’s email .
However I would say what attracted Alpha to be involved in Tasmania is that there is working pipeline ( cost $1.5bn ) between TAS and the mainland . ( currently it is working the other way around )
To provide you with more information I enclose the Alpha fund raising presentation and subscription agreement ( which has now been extended to 31 October )
This was my letter to investors .

Dear Investor
I have the pleasure of enclosing the latest Alpha presentation together with a subscription agreement..
Following the successful $45m funding of Tasmanian Oil and Gas Australia the current NAV of Alpha shares is 7p approximately and this fund raising is at 5.5p.
This was the same price of our latest $500,000 investment in Redford Day a US investment holding company ( announced last November )
In addition we are also raising $4m with G8 ( a Netherlands fund raising group ) also a 5.5p to fund the expansion of our new engine design.
I can send you separately the latest video of the new engine.
Following two meetings with Lockheed Martin and NASA in the US we have been sent a $400,000 generator by Caterpillar Inc for a trial.
We will be issuing a press release in due course.
This funding is a pre IPO and Alpha's intention is to re-list on an appropriate regulated exchange. ( see Background page in presentation )
In this regard we have already received broker quotations for a Full List in London.
