ALSO, A.L.J.s only invoke stocks that have been at a minimum of 2 "two" years delinquent and dormant...

ECOS last filing was on 04/05/2018 for an 8-K and 12/22/2017 for 10-k

we would need to be delinquent for 2 years since the last filling... Plenty of room to breathe..
