When was the last time you saw an ipo on the pink penny otc ? It costs a couple thousand dollars to trade on it . No ipo required. The debt ridden shell you own shares in was booted off all the real exchanges long ago . Which is why nobody would even think about recapitalizing the company . The new company would still need years of real revenues and more importantly real profits . Nice fantasy for the clueless investors though .
