Ok great question Ferda and I really think you are going to love the answer because all of us in the IT business are very excited about this....what Data443’s software does to secure important data is really pretty simple...they lock down important data from ever being able to leave a companies network...think of it as like an additional firewall that can easily be run by any employee with permissions...this way each permission based employee gets reminded when sending out secure data by a pop up and needs to verify it first before sending. It also scans files and attachments so if it recognizes something is secure you get a pop up reminder before anything is sent....companies can define these permission to an administrator any way they want...the administrator who creates rules such as what employees can see or what they can do with it...Varys with many different possibilities including how much data can be sent at once or creating additional rules that require two additional authentications required first before something can be sent. The software also Includes an audit trail that tells the administrator exactly what the employee is doing with the data...this software is incredible and well thought out.
