Does everyone remember that they had begun getting audited said the PR just prior to suspension? The 8k is strange rather than just news but perhaps the audited financials are about done and they’ll be filed along with a form 10 I think then if whatever the sec found got resolved they could actually go to fully reporting which is what they wanted to do in the first place. Just a thought as to why an 8k was released.
